At omnifeels.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in its original condition

The item must be in its original packaging

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof. We will offer a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, orders may already be processed and cannot be cancelled.
